Solutions to Frequently Encountered Issues
If you are having a technical problem, it generally relates to one of the situations listed below.
If your issue remains, please fill out the Help Form located in the Help section of your Benefits Web Site (located above). We will contact you to help you out:
COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND PRESSING THE CONFIRM BUTTON LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM
Please make sure that you have filled out the entire Card Registration Form and make sure to press the CONFIRM button located at the bottom of the page. The profile will be presented to you a second time and you must press the CONFIRM button again to validate that your information is correct. Modify your profile if there is any incorrect information.
VALID URL TO VIEW THE BENEFITS
Please make sure to correctly enter the URL of the Benefits Web Site identified on the back of your Benefits Card. You must type in the letters exactly as they are printed on the back of your Benefits Card (ie. http://www.myalumnicard.com/ ). The URL must be entered in your top browser and NOT in a search engine like MSN, Yahoo, Google, or any other search engine.
Optionally, go to www.myalumnicard.com and enter your CARD #. The system should direct you to the right Benefits Web Site for your organization.
LOWERING SECURITY & POPUPS
Some users cannot access the benefits because the “Internet Options” of their personal computers have the privacy/security level too high to view the provided benefits. If this is the case, you must lower your privacy/security level and/or enable the ability to see pop ups to ensure that your computer lets you see the provided benefits.
To change it, go to your Control Panel. Select Internet Options, and then adjust your privacy/security settings to a lower level and then try again.
